Please try to solve my issue my hourly contract with **Edited for Community Guidelines** is already over payment is also deducted from client account and my last week timesheet review is still pending. I have found that this type of problem is always happening at the time of payment with Upwork. So please try resolve my issue as soon as possible. I am going short on cash right now.

Isn't that the way it's supposed to work with the holding/review periods? Anything happening not as designed?
