Hourly contract is not appearing on time tracker

Dear All, 

One of my hourly contract is not showing on time tracker. I did everything as suggested.

 

  • Re-install the app.
  • Refersh
  • Delete the cache and restart the app.

 

But nothing work so far.

Please advise me!!

Why my "open ticket" mark as resolved??

Hi Sushil, 


I checked your account, and can see that your ticket with Ticket #26887770 is still open. Are you referring to a different ticket? It is very likely that another ticket was filed for the same topic. When this is the case, the other ticket is closed, and 'merged' to the ticket that remains open. The team does this so that users can be assisted more efficiently without having to manage two tickets of the same topic.
