Hourly contract issue

Hi,

 

Good day to all,

 

Currently I have reveiced and accepted a hourly contract from Client. Everything is fine from my side (i.e. shown in my all contracts area, logging manually, updating working hour to profile etc.. However from Client side, he does not see nor review the contract. So he propose to end this contract and create a new one, this will hurt my JSS because of ending a contract without payment exchange. Could you pls help to fix issue with current contract?

I checked the contract you are referring to and it seems that everything is working as designed from yours and the client's side. Regarding your Job Success Score, please note that in general, when a contract fails to lead to any earnings your JSS will be negatively impacted. Jobs that lack earnings and have positive outcomes will be excluded from JSS. You can check out this help article for more information on JSS.
