Hi, I just made a new hourly contract with a client here on upwork with whom I was already working on a fixed project, now that I have to work on it and log my hours, I cant see the contract on upwork time tracking app and that means I cant log in my hours. Can anybody help?

1. Check the start date of the contract. If this is fine,
2. Completely kill (not just close) the tracker. Task manager does a decent job of it. Bring it back up. Log in and your new job SHOULD be there now.

Just checked that the contract date is set at April 4th, the reason why I can start working on it. Can I change that or the client has to change it?

No, it can't be changed. You'll basically have to either start tomorrow, or the client would have to close the contract and start a new one.
