Hourly contract

Please if you may;

I want to know what to do when a client opened an hourly contract and he sent at first some tasks and then he was gone and never responded to my messages 

The contract is still open but no more tasks

Thank you for your message. You have the option to wait for the client's response or end the contract from your side if the client continues to remain unresponsive to your message.

Thanks a lot for your answer.

i wrote him several messegages in order to remain the positive attitude but he didn`t reply.

i will end my contract i guess, but i don`t know if i should tell him first or just end it.

Just close the contract and send the client a message that you've closed the contract due to no recent communication and you'll be happy to re-start the work at his/her option (whether or not that is true).

Say the same thing in your public comments when you close the project, so other clients will know that you are easy to work with.
