Recently I increased my hourly rate. First impression to clients can be: too much...
Frankly, it happened on Upwork and outside of Upwork. High skilled designers, fluent with graphic design software and with creative and positive thinking can do for example a Logo in half an hour or a Flyer in 10/20 minutes. So, is it worthing for freelancers to sell a logo design, full rights to, for 20$? Or a Flyer for the same amount? Clients pays and have right to use. Just sometimes it seems unfair they pay for example 10/30$ and use a design on their business main communication element for lifetime.
We can just continue to talk with clients and incentivate, hope some day they will be willing to deal better.

It's worth it to some freelancers and not to others. You have to decide which you are.
I never try to talk to a client about rates. It's a recipe for everyone being dissatisfied.

Unfortunately graphic design job is really devalued a lot, from few decades. There are designer thinking to do a good job when they have a good workstation or personal computer and able to use software.
Graphic design, visual communication, fashion are much over this. Tehcnology is the tool, but not the objective, the end.

I never talked about hourly rate too, during a contract with a client.

I never asked an increase of hourly rate too, while working in a project. Just to say it can happen that one worker, working at a lower hourly rate, can take more time to finish the project, than one working at a lower rate, due to skills of managing the project and do it executively, hope this helps to clear my concern.

Sorry for I'm an ESL, I'm having some difficulty understanding your concerns.
Are you complaining about lowball clients?
If so, I've been freelancing for a long time, before there were 'freelance marketplaces,' and it was easy to find clients in such marketplaces who wanted a Facebook clone for $20. "Lowballing clients" has been a recurring topic, since even before the dawn of Upwork. That being said, it doesn't mean you have to accept them as your client.
I'm not one of them, but I see new freelancers in this marketplace who seem to stick to their normal rates, and still get their jobs.
There's actually one freelancer in (currently) the first page of this forum, with a 'rising talent' badge (means he's new, only have 2 jobs), who has earned $30k+ already.

I was just doing just some consideration. Hope there are not more missunderstanings. As you can see I already accepted an answer as a solution for this topic. Anyway thank you for your considerations to the topic.
