I have found a long term freelancer and want to know what is the best and cheapest way to pay him, so both of us don't have to pay for the most fees?
We currently do it per Milestone everyday. But there is like a 70cent charge every milestone.
I thought about doing it via hourly rate, so basically 1 work = 1 hour
Is this option cheaper?
What is the cheapest way for this?
