Hours Not Updating

My working hours are not updating on my profile. Please, what could be the reasons for this?

Could you please allow some time for your profile to update in case that's the issue? Please know that your profile can take about 48 hours to update with any new information.

Hi Andrea, it's still not working. Hours stopped updating on Aug 31 and I have been working since then.
