Well the work week has ended and my hour are not updated on my profile.
Usually it update every hour as I proceeded on my hourly contracts, but it hasn't since the past week.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT.

My hours worked isn't updating.
It was fine till last week, all of sudden it stopped working. I don't see hours I have worked last week added to my profile.

I checked and it looks like all three of you have hours in Review currently. So they haven't been billed to your clients yet and therefore haven't shown on your Work History. Please, allow time for them to be billed and reflect on your profiles.

Hours are not getting updated in the profile, I seem to have been stuck at 426 over a week now. is there a bug that everyone is facing? Or Am I doing something wrong?
Note:- This is on the profile, I understand it takes time to update the Hours under the work history section.

Nothing worked.. It is still showing the same after 24 hours. It has been stuck at 426 hours for the past few weeks. Wherein it should be close to 480, I was even paid for these hours.

Thank you for reaching out to us. If you are referring to the hours currently in progress, the hours are currently not yet paid since the work week will end on Sunday at 11:59 PM UTC hence they will not yet show on your profile's total hours. The hours will only be updated on your public profile once the payment for that certain week has been reviewed (Pending or Available for withdrawal).

This is working as designed. The work week ends every Sunday at 11:59 PM UTC. If you've worked on Sunday UTC, the Total Hours will be updated on Monday UTC. Kindly check this timeline:
The hours will only be added to your Total Hours once they enter Week 2.

He is referring to Total Hours shown on profile under JSS and badge. It's not updated since last 3 days. Please raise it with Technical Team to sort it out as it's a bug on website. I am also facing the same issue. My total hours on profile is not updated since Thursday.

I'm sorry for the confusion. That is exactly what I was pointing out. The "total hours" worked will only count the hours that have already been reviewed for payment (the status would be either "in review" or "pending"). Those hours that are still within the work week, whose status in your reports is still "in progress," will not yet show on the total hours as these hours may still be disputed by the client and may still be adjusted.

Thank you for your reply; however, that's not correct answer because that's not how Upwork was working till Thursday. Anyway, I have received reply from Customer Support Team that they have escalated it to Technical Team for rectification.

But my Hours worked updated every hour and it showed on my profile too uptil last Saturday & those weren't billed hours, just the hours worked.

Recently i noticed my total working hours is sticking to 6124 (total hours) since 3 days when i check my profile it's showing me "Last worked 3 days ago" while i am countinous working atleast 6 hours/day.

Please keep in mind that the hours you have worked for this week will be counted once your client is billed for them. Clients on hourly contracts are billed every Monday for the hours tracked in the previous week. Thank you.

Did you receive any errors on your end? I would suggest to try and connect to another internet connection. If your time is still not uploaded click on the Settings Cog from the Desktop App > Support & Feedback. This way you will submit a ticket directly from the app and your logs will be included as well. Thank you.

I just wanted to provide an update. We've received a number of reports about hours not updating on freelancer profiles and we have shared them with our engineers. They are currently investigating the issue.

I'm also experiencing the same issue. I seem to have been stuck at 1,677 hours over a week now. It should be around 1,690 hours. I was hoping this would be updated once the billing cycle ends on Monday(Today). But it didn't update the total hours on my profile. I have tried live chat support, but they couldn't help.
