Hi,
This happened to me last week and reoccurred today.
Hours worked for a new contract do not show up in the Work Diary.
Why does this happen? Last week, I had to submit 'Add Manual Time' which should not be the case as I am 100% sure that the job tracker was ON and was able to capture screenshots.
Can Upwork do something about these occurrences? I do not want my clients to feel that they are being taken advantage of.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear that you are unable to track time. I see that you were able to track time on other contracts for both this week and the last week. If you are missing time in the Work diary, this happens because the Desktop App has gone idle. It will stop tracking time when you've gone idle or when it recognizes that there is no trackable activity, such as keystrokes or clicks. If you were working during a period when the Desktop App recognized you as idle, you should discuss adding the time manually with your client. Check out this help page for more information.
