How Can I Complain A Freelancer

I hired a freelancer on Oct 31, 2021 on upwork. Even if he could not complete and success the job post requirement list on time, I made a new job post, to pay him the agreed job posted money. At the end of the job, he could not success the job, and could not comlete the requirement job advertisement list, I paid him full money which we agreed. I gave this freelancer his average score which he already have. But he gave me one star on five. I will go on to hire new freelancer. But this is a bad and a lie score on my client profile. I want Upwork review this freelancer account and the score freelancer gave me. Because there is a liar freelancer who has not got work ethic, who I hired.

As a client you are able to fire a freelancer at any time.

For any reason.

Or for no reason at all.

And you may leave feedback when you close a contract.

That is the only "complaint" about a freelancer that really matters, because that goes right on their public job history.

If you contact Upwork Customer Support to complain about a freelancer, that doesn't get seen by anyone. So who cares?
