I'm tired of these clients who would rather hire someone with a year of experience, versus someone who has done, seen it, done it all for years in the corresponding niche - just to save money. I want clients who aren't cheapskates, and are ready to pay for top quality professionals. So, I have to ask, how do I search for "Enterprise" clients on Upwork, and are they worth it?

You cannot search for them. It is them (Upwork on their behalf) searching for talent. Sometimes you can spot the job posted by Enterprise Clients, like once in several months.

Enterprise jobs are mostly invitation-only, but you can set up custom search filters to only see clients who are looking for expert freelancers at whatever rate is acceptable to you (it doesn't really matter whether they're Enterprise or not).
BTW, your hourly rate is very low for someone who wants to be seen as a "top quality professional". If your rates are cheap, that's why you're attracting cheap clients. You need to work on improving your JSS too. Clients who send invitations may filter out any freelancer with a JSS below 90 percent.

Thank you so much for your suggestions. I will definitely work on improving it. 🙂

Enterprise Clients are also looking for cheap Freelancers. I interviewed with a Fortune100 company earlier in the year and they were paying extremely low rates.
