How Does JSS Score Count ?

I am wondering few questions
1. Last how many orders/contact is being counted to show my JSS Score? 
2. Last How many months are counted for showing JSS score? last 3 months or 6 months or something?

3. Once my jss score is below 100%, will it not be back again 100%?

1. As many as are in your calculation window. Read all about it here

3. Sure, it can be, as soon as the contract falls out of your calculation window, which takes at least 6 months.
