First of all, you need to create a freelancer profile (you currently have a client account.)

Go to your settings, scroll down to the bottom where it says "This is a client account" and click on "create new profile > Freelancer profile"

When you have completed your freelancer profile, you will have to submit it for approval, and if it is approved (most are not), you can buy connects and apply for jobs.
