How I can post a job on Upwork?

I am a seller on Upwork and now I need some work. I want to post a job on Upwork and hire a freelancer. How can I post a job on Upwork from my seller account?

You can go here: https://community.upwork.com/t5/Clients/bd-p/clients

And ask the question there. You'll need a client account to post a job. I have both and I can switch by clicking on my profile picture in the top right.
