How can I avoid a situation when I applied for a job and then I see that someone posted the same job

I applied for a job (see screenshot 1) then saw that the same job was also posted by another client(see screenshot 2). I often see such scenes. How do community moderators consider these matters?

The second poster from Pakistan was probably hired by the first poster and now the second poster is outsourcing this job at a cheaper rate and would make the profit of the difference amount!

If you notice, the first job is already filled and someone was hired! Most likely the second poster!

As far as I know, one can't do that unless they have an explicit permission from the Client to get additional help!

Nothing in the ToS forbidding it any longer (it used to be forbidden without the client's consent - but the terms have been reworded.)
