How can I change my email and phone number in my account?

Hi guys. I would like to change: my email, my phone number, my user_id in my profile.

1. I changed email in tab Contact Info. It ok. I now can login with new my email. Succcess

2. I changed phone in tab Contact Info. It not ok. If I relogin again to upwork website, i receive an SMS to the old my phone number. Error
