They usually don't reply to the customer. It's been 10 days no reply.

Hi Syed,

I checked your account and it looks like you just recently lodged your support tickets. As Valeria has noted above, your Upwork account is linked directly to your Payoneer account, and not to a particular card. If it's the same account, but with a new card, there is no need to add the new card as your payment method.

Hi there,

My existing Payoneer Debit card linked to my Upwork, got blocked somehow. Also that card has been expired. I would like to add a new Payoneer Debit Card and remove the old one. But Payoneer isn't helping me to disassociate my existing Payoneer Debit card from Upwork account. So, add a new Payoneer Debit card isn't possible right now. So, is Upwork support team able to delete existing Payoneer card on their own?
