How can I earn Rising Talent Badge

Hello,

I am Seema Habib shah works at Elance and Odesk since 2014. My profile is 100% Job success 89% I have done 48 jobs. I am facing problem in getting job since 2 weeks due lot's of job requirements is Rising Talent then how can I earn this badge please guide me.

The Rising Talent badge is only for people who does not have a Job Success Score yet. Since you already have a JSS, you cannot get that badge.

That's because most clients doesn't know what the Rising Talent badge means.

They don't know that you can only get it if you have a JSS and that people with a JSS will not have one.
