Can I change the account number in my payment method information? I put the 16 digit Unionbank card number instead of my account number. I tried to transfer my fund last November 21 and until today I did not receive the fund to my account. Is it the reason why until now the fund did not reflect yet? What should I do to get the fund back? Please help!

This withdrawal will return to your account once the transaction fails, which usually takes from 7 to 10 days. If after 10-days, it still isn't reflecting on your Upwork account, please get back to us so that we can issue a trace for you. Please consider waiting for the withdrawn amount to reverse and appear on your Upwork account first and then update the payment method information to reattempt the withdrawal.
