How can I get paid?

Hello. Could you please tell me, if my account is registered in Chile, can I receive payments to a bank card from Russia? That is, if I enter a billing address in Russia, but a place of residence in Chile, will this lead to blocking my account? Because I haven't bank accaunt in Chile yet. Or maybe I can get paids on my sisters bank account in Chile?
