How can I hire a freelancer for my client as I m her virtual assistant

I m working as a assistant to my client on upwork amd now my client want me to post a job add on upwork and look for hiring some freelancer. How can I do it on her behalf.

Client can invite you . They can do so by going to their account  and clicking on  the highlighted portion.

By clicking on the tick mark they can allow the invited person to hire and pay from their account.

Their are various levels of permission one can choose for the coworker, which can be set by going to 

Setting>Members and permission. Ask him to choose whatever is appropriate for your case
