How can I remove all the time logs for the ended contract?

I want to remove all the time logs i made for the client.

But the contract is now ended because he accidently ended it on his side.

Now i have no way to remove logs directly.

What's the solution?

There is no such button in the Upwork user interface.

 

Why would you even need to do that?

 

If you simply need to refund money to the client, you can do that directly. There is no need to delete time logs in order to change the amount you were paid by the client.

 Why do you want to do that? Do you want to remove them so the client does not get charged?

There is no way to remove the time or the screenshots once a contract is closed.

The contract was ended because I can't no longer work with him.

It's very hard to collaborate with him, and he also found another guy for the project.

I gave him 1 star rating as a feedback, and he also gave me 3 star rating.

I am not sure if the refunded contract will give bad effect to the job success score.

I don't want to take even 1 cent from him, and if i refund all, how does that contract affect to my job success score?

 It will affect your JSS poorly. Nothing paid contracts, unless they come with great feedback, hit your JSS significantly.  So this will be bad news if you refund or not. You will also lose your Rising Talent status and badge.

Because you only had so few contracts this is very unfortunate.

 

You can refund the contract once it has been charged (Monday afternoon)

 

On the plus side it will not show on your profile eventually anymore (once Upwork fixes the bug that shows refunded contracts... again)
