Hello everybody!
It's my first post on Upwork community and I would like to find out the solution of my issue.
I'm a staffing manager of the web and mobile development agency.
On our profile page there are two expired proposals of 2012 year.
I asked Upwork support for help nearly 5 times. But the problem isn't solved yet.
There are any buttons near them so I can't push Decline or Withdraw or anything else.
Did anybody have such issue? What shall I do?
Are these expired proposals influence the rating of our profile?

I'm sorry about the delay with resolving this problem with expired invites on your profile. I've checked your main ticket and see our team has been posting regular updates regarding the status of the issue they are working to resolve. These invites do not affect your Job Success Score and please do communicate with our team through the main ticket, without creating additional tickets.
