How can I revamp my upwork profile?

I am doing all I can to get jobs on Upwork but none seem to be yielding any good results. The prices in the purchasing of connects isn't helping either.

I have also never gotten an invite for a job on upwork. Something is definitely wrong that I can't place my hands on. 

I need help with revamping my profile.
