How can I set up fixed rates?

I’m getting started on Upwork as a freelancer and I want to use fixed rates, but I can’t figure out how to set that up, when editing my profile I’m only given an hourly option

Hi D'Nessa,

In order to be able to send proposals, you will need to have an hourly rate on your profile. Once your profile is set up you can just look for fixed price jobs and apply on them.
