How can I win jobs or getting an invitation from client.?

Hello 
I started my Upwork journey last month and I already applied in 40+ jobs but I win only 6 jobs. I got rising talent-based last week but now it's not showing in my profile. On the other hand, my profile view is decreasing day by day. Now my question is

1. How can I win jobs or getting an invitation from client.?
2. If I will not get a job, Is there any possibility to hold or suspend my account.?

The rising talent badge is gone because you have a JSS score - 100%, congrats.

Six jobs in the first month is six more than the majority of freelancers get in their first month. Seems like you're doing well so far.
