How can a customer pay money if he accidentally closes a contract?

Hello! My client accidentally activated the closed contract, but he wants to pay me $ 75 as we agreed. The first milestone is $ 75, the second milestone is $ 75 - but he accidentally closed the contract. Could he pay me somehow without creating a new contract? Can there is such function - TO GIVE BONUS? Thank you!

Hi Val,

Please refer to your recent notification and conversation with our Support team, and as Jess mentioned your client can issue a bonus payment on your closed contract.

Yes, a client can pay you via bonus, even on a closed contract. Send them this link for instructions:
