I just ask how to recover the upwork account of my mother and father they can no longer open their account because they forgot the password and they no longer have access to their email address used in their upwork account.

Could you please request the account holder to contact us so that we can better assist them to recover their account? They can contact us th rough our social media handle on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram in case they are unable to login.
