My question is about the propouse jobs i postulate, i have 20 jobs postulate, but no one of the send me a reply message
I was thinking they will reply soon, maybe is because they had a lot of candidates, but thats why my question
What need to look for to choose better jobs where can get fast response, which data need to check from client ?

One way is to look at the client's hire rate over on the right hand side of the page where the job posting appears. If it's 50 percent, then it means the client only hires someone for half of the jobs they post.
Even if you choose your clients carefully, it's hard to get work. One job out of every 50 proposals would be a reasonable expectation for someone who is fairly new to the site.
Also, you need to write your proposals carefully and make sure they're in correct English (assuming that's the language the job was posted in).

The higher the hiring rate, the better. Don't apply to jobs below 80%.
