How can i know whther i am a rising talent or not?

Hi All

 

I wanted to know whether i am up for a rising talen or not?  as i am maintaing the job success score to 95% since last 6 weeks and have all 5 star review cleared up work readiness test but not through email invitation so how can i know whether i am into the rising talen or not? Moderators please expedite

 You can not be a Rising Talent and have a Job Success Score at the same time, there is nothing to expedite.

 

Once you have 13 weeks above 90% and have earned over $ 1000 in the last 12 months you become eligible for top rated status, but you will never get a Rising Talent badge.

Hope you are doing good, i wanted to know that as per your advise that i cannot have a rising talent badge ? i just got it now Today Jan 9th 2019 and this is my 10th week out of the 16th with almost 96% average job success rate so i am having both ? that means i am a REAL GENUINE STAR 🙂  , i am just curious because my 13th week is approaching and i am sure that everybody would like to have Top rated badge and i do not want to loose on that .
Therefore i just wanted to confirm that this Rising Star badge would not delay my Top Rated Badge ?
Please eexpedite and for your convenience i have attached a snap shot.

Hi Junaid, 


I would like to confirm that Petra is correct. A user cannot have both a Rising Talent badge, while having a Job Success Score. Users who get the Rising Talent badge "graduate" from the program, and get a Job Success Score. Some freelancers don't get a badge, and go straight to having Job Success Score. 

Please know that this is a known bug, and our engineers are currently working to resolve the issue. A member of the Customer Support Team will reach out to you to assist you further.

Hi Avery ,

 

I would like to bring it in your notice that the issue for Rising Talent has been resolved but a bigger issue has been created for me which is my job success score is down from 97% to 91% in less then 24 hours as my job success rate was 97% on 9th January which also showed the stats are updated on 9th Jan and on 10th Jan it is 91% and it is the same time which the Rising talent issue was being treated from your technical support team and i am sure this is another mistake that has happened because i got 2 5 star reviews from my client this week and they both were new client and already the milestons have been approved

.

For your conveneince i have also attached the screen shot of todays My Stats .

Thanks for the update and i am concerend because i  wanted to make sure that due to this error my Job Success score will not go any more lesser as i only got 3 weeks left to become a top performer and i have worked hard to maintain the Job Success Score by working with full dedication and hard work and i would not want this error to cause any delay in my Top Rated Badge.

 

Also one of my client which was interviewing me yesterday asked me that your job success score was 97% yesterday and today is 91% what is the reason behind that so i had to update them which is creating skepticism for my clients to award me contract .

 

So is there any timeframe that can be provided for fixing the issue.
