How can we ask client for feedback without breaking Upwork TOS when the project is complete can you send me that template that I can share with my clients after completing the work thank you

Ask client to close contract after job done. Client will be forced to leave feedback.

But if you already closed contract then client able to leave feedback but not must. ToS allow you for asking feedback. You cannot ask for good feedback.
