Hi
About four months ago, I was employed by **Edited for Community Guidelines** via Upwork and went through the basics such as interview, trial and so on. I worked from the last week in September up till yesterday (16th January 2019) and was not able to add my hours.
Is there any way to include this to my profile so that others can see how many hours I've worked? The "hour thing" kinda goes against you when you're applying for work.
Thanks
Samantha

What kind of contract was it?
Hours are only accrued for hourly contracts.

Hi Anwar,
Thanks for reaching out. Just to clarify, are you referring that the hours tracked on your 1st job is showing the number of hours tracked on the 2nd one and vice-versa? If so, would you mind sending me a PM with more details about this by clicking on my name and then on 'message', so I can check and further assist you?
Thank you.

They will show on your profile after your client has been charged tomorrow afternoon UTC

The more experienced clients know that you can't have hours worked on fixed price contracts, so don't worry about it. I rarely see job postings where hours are required, and even if they are, you still can apply in any case.

How exactly did you "work" for that client from September to January, given that your profile only shows one job - which was in August, for under $ 10?
Your profile's lifetime earnings are $ 7.50.
How were you paid for those over 4 months work?

Absolutely. Just go at the bottom of this page: Help and press the Get Help button. Write to support and tell them that you worked off-platform with a client that you found on Upwork for such and such many hours, that you were paid directly, and they will update your account accordingly as per their TOS.
