How do I change my username?

I was wondering if there was anyway for me to change my accounts username? Not how I named myself in my profile, but my information that was registered in order to create an account. 

I got a new computer, and when I logged into Upwork, I got this email "We noticed a recent login to your Upwork account baba5306 from an unfamiliar location or device."

Of course, this is me logging in. But I have no clue where "baba5306" came from. As far as I remember I was given to select a username for myself upon sign up. Where did this come from and why can't I change it? This seems extremely unprofessional.

Hi Sam,

While your profile name can be changed, your username cannot. Rest assured, your username is not shown to your clients on contracts. The name shown on contracts and invoices is your Verified Name.
