How do I close contracts?

I want to completely close my Upwork account, but I am unable to because I have three open contracts.  How can I close these contracts?  When I click on them, the only options I see are to "View work diary," "Send a message," or "Propose new contract."  Where is the option to close them out myself?

Double click on the contract name and there you will find the option to close (...)

Go to your "report". Click on the contract you want to close. You will see this 3 dots (the section in the red border of this attachment). 

Click there, you will find an option to end the contract.
