If you'd like to close your account, first make sure you withdraw any active proposals on your Proposals page
complete and close any active contracts and don't have any available or pending balance. Then you can close your account by visiting this page. For more information and detailed steps, please visit this help article.

I want to delete my account. I went to the "chat bot" 3 times and just keep getting the same message. Please just delete my account off this platform. Both personal and client. There are no pending proposals. I can't find work and this is pointless. I'm gonna focus on something that actually makes me money. This ant it.

I want to delete my account but can't delete .. because this comes after selecting close my account. I don't have any open proposal so why can't I delete my account??
