This site makes it extremely difficult to contact tech support. I found the contact email the other day, but now it is no longer there.
My available connects (bid credits) keeps switching to zero. The reset it last week, but it is a problem again.
Can anyone tell me the Upwork contact page or Upwork email?
It looks like it's working as designed. New billing cycle starts on December 18 and that's when you'll receive a new allotment of connects. You have been applying for jobs and using connects and that's why you don't have any now. Occasionally some connects are returned if the job is cancelled without hire. You can check your billing cycle and connects history in Settings> Membership & Connects.
