How do I decrease Interview Response Time

Hello! I am top rated plus and recently discovered that Upwork displays invitation response time on your profile when clients are looking to hire me. For some reason my response time is 3+ days which makes me look really bad. In reality, I am on Upwork and responding 24/7 I am really confused how it got to be like this. please give me some advice on how I can get this to the lowest possible.

That response time is related to invitations to bid on a job. The only way to bring it down to < 24 hours is to consistently respond to job invitations (either accept or decline) within 24 hours. Once you pass a specific percentage responded to that quickly, your rating will change.
