How do I find a freelancer

I'm sorry if this has been asked before. But I have a job I would like to post, and I am finding it absolutely impossible to search for a freelancer. I can do it (with difficulty) if I log out, but logged in normally I can't do at all.

Why is it so difficult? No wonder people are complaining about fewer invitations.

Edited to add: I'm answering my own question - I have just seen - you have to scroll down to the grey bit - duh!(and on my work page)Smiley EmbarassedSmiley Embarassed

Click on post a job and follow all the steps. Try to provide maximum information. Publish post. You can also invite the recommend freelancers. You can see them after publishing your post. When you get applications, you can short list your candidates best match with your project.

What type of freelancer do you require?

If I'm logged in, where do I find "post a job?"

Presumably you are logged into your freelancer account and not your client account?

Have you actually created a client account yet?

1. Go to your Settings  then click on My Teams

2. Click on "Create New Account"

3. Click on "New Client Account"

From your client account it is then self explanatory.

I am still having trouble with this - how were you able to post a job? I can't find where to post my job anywhere and am extrememely frustrated.

Thank you in advance,
