How do I get paid?

I know this question has been asked before but I still have no satisfactory answer.

Hi, I am having some trouble getting paid?

When I click on Get Paid Now it tells me that I need to fill out a W9 form, but I have previously indicated that I am not a US citizen.

Is it possible to get paid through Paypal instead? If so do I still need a W9 form?

Please assist as I can't use the platform if I cannot get paid.

It would be good if there was an actual support email as well!

Hi Tai,

US residents/freelancers need to fill out our W9 form in order to be able to withdraw their funds. Non-US freelancers will need to fill out our W-8BEN form, once the form is completed if you have an active payment method you will be able to withdraw your funds. Thank you.
