I finished a job, the client said the job was completed and well done. It says they paid but there is no money in my account. Contract closed.
Am I missing a step in how to get paid?
I checked this for you and the client has approved your milestone and funds have been currently subjected to a standard five-day security period and will become available for withdrawal as shown under the date details in your Transaction History. In order to check the status of your payment, please go to your account > select the Reports tab > Overview and you’ll see the funds under the Pending tab.
