How do I get rid of a "talent cloud"

Somehow I am seeing this on my profile under categories:  "Private Talent Cloud **Edited for Community Guidelines**".  I did not request this group and do NOT want to get any emails, notices.  I cannot seem to delete it.

Hi Dorothy,

Typically a freelancer is added to a Talent Cloud once they work with an Enterprise client so they have access to opportunities those clients post. I see you already switched off email notification for the group. Let me know if you still want to leave the cloud.

I want to leave my current clouds because I continue to receive emails even after disabeling notifications for it.
