How do I know if my client has paid me ?

I have woked for one client on hourly contract. He has asked for trial work for few hours and told me that I will get paid for it. I have worked for 2 hours by turning timers on and 2 hours are showing in my time sheet. Now he has finished the contract but I can not see any balance in my account. He should have paid for 2 hours but how can I find out if he has paid for it or not ?

Please help as somehow I am also unable to rais any case in upwork.

Hi Sajeda,

When you`re working on hourly contracts you will need to track your time with our Desktop app. Your clients are billed every Monday for the time you have worked in the previous week. 

To view in what stage your earnings are, go to Reports > Overview.
