How do I pay my Upwork income taxes in Australia?

Hi all,

I've recently moved to Australia and I'm planning to continue my freelancing from here. How do I pay my income tax while withdrawing my amount to bank account? I do have Tax file number but could not find any setting page to add it. I'm wondering If I need to have an ABN even If I work solely as freelancer?

Otherwise you can ring the ATO.

I personally would recommend you hire a tax agent if you can afford it. For $1000 a year, they will save you heaps of tax debt, plus they will show you how to deduct room in your house, electricity and internet, as expenses.
