Hi all!
Apologies if this has been answered before, but I couldn't find a clear answer from the chatbot. My profile says that I have an active proposal. It seems that the person was not following the rules, as they and their job have been removed from UpWork. Is there any way for me to remove my proposal? Or will it disappear over time? Attaching a screenshot for clarification. Thank you in advance!

The proposal should be archived as the job has been cancelled. Let me have one of our agents reach out to you via a support ticket to double check on this and make sure the system updates and the proposal gets archived.

Could you please share more information about the issue you're experiencing? I checked and it looks like you should have enough Connects to apply to a 6 Connects Job Post.

The same thing has happened to me. This is my first time on upwork and I got scammed. The person removed the job post and it still appears as an active proposal. Can someone please remove this active proposal from my account. It would be much appreciated! Thanks

As Pradeep mentioned, since the job post has been removed, your proposals will automatically be taken off your Active Proposals page within 48 hours. Let us know if it hasn't and we'll look further into that for you. You may also want to check the thread Pradeep shared in his response so that you'll be aware of how to avoid questionable jobs.

Thank you for reaching out. Please know that we cannot close the job if it did violate ToS. There are also instances when clients keep the job open should they need to hire another contractor. If you want to remove this from your active proposals, you can withdraw the proposal from your end.
