How do I remove negative feedback from customer?

I have 18 completed jobs with good ratings but one didn't go well due to a personality difference (they happen).

Does anyone know how to get the client comment removed from my public profile? I'm not looking to remove the ratings, just the comment.

That is only possible if you are top rated. https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/219801228 

Maybe if it is harassing or using bad language, you can ask the customer service to remove it.
