How do I report an abusive client?

A client swore at me and called me a "retard".  How do I report him?  I cannot find any information on where to send the screenshot.

If you hover over the message itself, you'll see a gear icon next to the timestamp on the right side. Click that, and then click "report message" on the dialogue box that pops up.

Also, you can click on their profile icon in the message and block them as well.
