How do I resolve this?

Upwork has asked us to verify our profile in a week.
Now this is the message we get everytime we login.
Tried Chrome, firefox.
How to resolve this?

I checked the link and was able to initiate the chat conversation and the verification process while using your account. Please clear your cache and cookies and follow the steps from the notification you received in order to verify your profile.
