How do I restore a recently accidentally deleted account?

I recently revisited my old upwork account and tried out features that were new to me. First, more than a month back, I already tried out creating an agency. And the within past 24 hours, I tried out submitting a proposal to a job post and ended up selecting post using a "specialized profile". Which brought me to create a new client profile. Anyway, somewhere along the way, I decided to delete the specialized profile I just created and unfortunately accidentally deleted the whole account instead (I think). I tried logging in and failed. I tried creating a new account using the same email address but it said an account with the same email address was still active or existing.
