I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? Or tried using a different browser when submitting a proposal? If you are still having some issues after you try these, please reply to this post. Thank you.

I changed my phone number so I cannot log in to my main profile. ( I had to open another account since I couldn't even reply to a threat without logging in... and now I found out that I still can't PM you...) so i have to ask you here...
