How do I submit a ticket to Upwork Support

My proposals are not sending and I keep getting an error message. What is the email to support?

Hello Anthony,

 

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? Or tried using a different browser when submitting a proposal? If you are still having some issues after you try these, please reply to this post. Thank you.

Yes I have tried 3 different browsers and I did clear cache/cookies. The problem still persist. Is there anything else I can do?

I changed my phone number so I cannot log in to my main profile. ( I had to open another account since I couldn't even reply to a threat without logging in... and now I found out that I still can't PM you...) so i have to ask you here... Please my username is asvplanet and I can provide all the credentials, I just cannot log in since my phone number changed. Please help.

I have the same problem,

I also tried clicking on your name and when I'm trying to click on the MESSAGE button in your account, they said that I don't have privileges to do that.

How Can I contact support, please?

You should be able to send private messages now that your Community rank has been updated to Active Member.

Two of my clients have approved milestones for weeks now and it's still not reflecting in my Upwork account balance.

My Upwork desktop app is not working. It says, "www.upwork.com needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding." I already uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. My internet is working fine. Can you please help?
